Training series for committed people and volunteers in associations to become Lower Austrian volunteer coordinators

In the training series, valuable tips are taught in six modules on how to recruit volunteers for projects. Participants are given clever planning steps to develop a strategy that makes factors such as time, costs and work steps concrete. Optimal public relations, conflict resolution skills and association law are also on the curriculum. After successful completion, the graduates are awarded a certificate “Lower Austrian Volunteer Coordinator” by Kultur.Region.Niederösterreich.
